Complementary Colours

A lovely bright, crisp morning - quite a heavy frost overnight but it soon disappeared when the sun came up.

I was taken with the fabulous glowing colours of this lichen on top of a fence post and thought it looked great with the blue sky behind.

I quite liked the semi circle shape of the lichen and the texture of the wood too!
