Leika Bear

Introducing the lovely Leika. She loves her food and her belly is very close to the ground, but we still adore her. The way she is sitting here is her typical stance, although when she's not eating she's a little more .... reclined ... so to speak... :) She looks like she's seen a ghost here! But he is indeed just chowing down on a piece of sweet potato.

Off on a little mini holiday tonight! I fly to Ho Chi Minh City with A. tonight and then tomorrow morning we catch the bus out to Cat Tien National Park. One of Vietnam's most famous and most protected parks (not that that means much to be honest). But within Cat Tien there still resides a rich biodiversity of plants, mammals, birds and reptiles - more so than most other parts of the country! Probably won't come across any bears, tigers or elephants though! Not sure how good the wifi will be but hope to still at least upload each day :)
