What a joy

To be called out by the sun.
Long talk with an old friend who also cares for her “Alzheimer’s husband”, but has the support of her 5 children who are all close by and see her every day.
What a blessing.
Next was the best customer service phone call of the last years. In a call center in the outskirts of Atlanta was a woman talking with me about my problems with Bank of America, in broad southern accent, who had the nicest and joyful way of answering my questions that I have ever encountered. A real human being of the best kind at the other end of the line.
It made my day.
