Abused?

This boat is in the local Harbour. It must have some tale to tell. I'm sure it was a sail boat at some time, maybe in its youth. The cosmetic surgery looks awful, to me.
It isn't even graced with a name, at least I couldn't see one.
I was really looking for the "Athena", but she was gone. I suppose you could call this an emergency blip.
