Frozen marmalade
I’m running out of freezer space so decided I needed to remove the lemons and frozen Seville oranges to make marmalade. I did not have time over the past few weeks so I popped them in the freezer.
Once thawed, it does make the peel softer and easier to manage.
This evening has been a gentle simmering of the cut peel with the pith and pips so hopefully tomorrow will be potting up time.
