The beginning

Lots to do today, but I managed to tick the boxes. Then book club at mine. It’s been a very long time since I hosted a dinner here, so it was wonderful to welcome these lovelies. A great choice of book, The hare with amber eyes by Edmund de Waal, we were divided in opinion but had much to discuss.
