Jelly bag

Today I made a batch of redcurrant jelly. The redcurrants came from our daughters's garden in The Black Isle last summer and have been in my freezer ever since. I added a big of red gooseberries for good measure.
My husband offered to help and he now agrees that making jam can be an awful palaver particular if on turns one's back and lets it boil over..............
