Hyacinth

Difficult night and day, been awake since 2.30am. Dad very unwell, he was up half the night, and in bed all day. Cancelled his day care, cancelled my lunch with a friend. District Nurse came to dress his arm and check his obs, possibly picked up a bug at day care, just like in January. In between running up and downstairs, I’ve been a couch potato.
