Driven to Drink

Broadband at Maison MD is pure gold-plated rubbish with very occasional flashes of 'just about acceptable'.
This morning it was BAD, so I decided to see what could be done.  I started at 10.00 am and it is now 7.00 pm and I am no nearer a solution.  I have answered more 'security questions' than I can count and spoken to innumerable 'guides/agents'.  I even got one guy who was sympathetic and understood my frustration! He offered a possible solution (which entails me buying some electronic wizardry from Amazon) which I will research tomorrow.
I'm getting too old for all this ....... :-( ..... :-)
