3 course meal
I’m feeling a lot better today after some more consistent sleep last night. It’s taken a while for my painkillers to kick back in as having them without any food isn’t a very pleasant or effective experience.
Breakfast: 1 biscuit 1 banana 1/2 beaker of tea.
Lunch: 1/3 portion of chicken and vegetable casserole/ mashed potato. Green jelly.
Supper: beaker of leek and potato soup ham sandwich Red jelly.
150 hours of lying on my back.
