Beauty Or The Beast

These replacement wind turbines at Carland Cross are bigger than they look, you can see them from the North Coast.
The ones they replaced were not exactly inconspicuous but what you cannot see from this photograph is the number of them - eight I think - and each one has a 10m x 10m concrete base with a tar macadam road leading to it.
Some say they are aesthetically pleasing, others that the are a blight on the landscape, me I'm quite ambivalent providing they do not sprout up everywhere.
