Beef and Black Beans

An EB* - what a terrible weather day - having stayed in for most of the day. Planning a simple fried egg supper I dropped in to a friend for a cuppa and saw that they were going to do a chicken curry dinner. Ooh, I fancied something similar so called by Waitrose and got this at a knockdown price as it is its last day. 

Delicious but perhaps the fried egg would have been equally good.
