We climbed up 2 days running and explored different parts of the peak area. The peaks are all named and some have a story behind them. Jade Screen Peak, Lotus peak , Bright Summit Peak, White Goose Ridge, Beginning to Believe Peak. On many days there is a cloud inversion in the morning and you can stand in bright sunlight looking at the sea of clouds below. This didn't happen for us as  we were still walking up, in the cloud, when it was occurring above.
We were going to treat ourselves to a dip in a hot spring on the way down but because it's the off-season the pools were not open. We had a restaurant meal instead with the speciality of the area 'Stinky Mandarin Fish'. which thankfully tasted much better than it sounds.
