That’s better…..

Good outcome at the hospital this afternoon and the plaster cast and bandages have been replaced by a simple adhesive patch.
Physio visit to come on Monday. In the meantime I’ve been told not to get it wet (no washing up or baths) and don’t do heavy manual tasks (no putting the cleaner round) so there’s a result!
I have a photo without the wound dressing but thought it a bit gruesome for blip.
