Coast

We watched this series with Neil Oliver some years ago. There are some interesting stories from different parts of the coast. This one shows Falmouth and a report of Dr Crippen, the serial killer, being arrested on board a ship bound for Canada. It was thanks to the radio equipment invented by Marconi that the Captain could alert the police. The Wireless museum at Porthcurno in Cornwall has lots of interesting things about Marconi and his inventions. I thought it was a good book for Squat Betty’s book club. This is February’s book. LBB14.
