They're back

Domestic duties this morning, whilst JJ went off to his family history forum. 

It's raining but not heavily.  The river bridges in the outlying villages are flooded, so closed to all traffic, meaning long detours for those who have to go out and about.  Fortunately I don't have to go anywhere that involves using them.

The birds are emptying the feeders on a daily basis at the moment.  I only have a couple out, and they can't be accesed by the big birds.  At the moment we have one fat pigeon and a magpie standing guard underneath.
