Up,up and away

Not a great photo as I had to zoom in as this pheasant took off the otherside of the field. He had been displaying to a female who was showing very little interest. We have three females that come in the garden regularly and a few different males.

Had a message from brother to say that my Mum has twisted her ankle badly when she got up from her chair. They were waiting for an X-ray to see if there was any damage. Luckily it was ok but she would get a call if anything showed up on closer examination. So feet up and ice packs needed for a while.
