Retro walking
My yoga teacher, today
introduced us to retro walking, something she discovered through Michael Mosley podcast Just One Thing.
Apparently walking backwards regularly not only improves your balance but your posture and cognitive skills.
Who would have thought it?

About the photo: picked up this bunch of white tulips from our local co-op. At Art college one of the most difficult things to do , a test of your drawing skills, is to draw a series of white objects. I once spent two weeks at Glasgow School of Art drawing animal bones.
