It's a job I have been putting off for months, but yesterday afternoon I finally ordered some loft boarding stuff from Wickes. I received a text at 08:00 this morning to say that it had been dispatched from the Birkenhead store and it arrived around midday.

I nipped over to B&Q at Rhyl to purchase some additional screws and then kitted myself out in a coverall suit, gloves and mask and disappeared into the roof space.

Four hours later and the job is 50% completed. I'll give my knees a rest tomorrow!
