We’ve often wondered what this local/shop/workshop was all about and I asked this guy tonight. They’re a group of young guys who, depending on the season, like to work on their bikes or surfboards! Not sure if they co-rent or it’s part of one of their family’s patrimony. Whatever, someone is paying or foregoing the rent in a quite commercial area!
