Up and down

We were back on the coastal trail again today - Salema to Sagres. Our guide book said it’s a tough walk - and it was. Lots of upping and downing, traipsed along stoney paths, whilst being baking in the sun.
Can’t deny the views were spectacular- cliffs, beaches, dunes, waves, surfers, flowers - but I was glad to reach Sagres, and only a 10 minute wait for a bus to go back and collect our car.
