My 10am hospital appointment was running very late indeed so I'm still playing catch-up!

I'm being referred for a nerve conduction test but have been told it will probably be classed as "normal" after such a complex injury and that I should apply a level of acceptance that this may be how things are...however he did have a useful suggestion of an extra exercise to add to my physio repertoire in order to maintain, or hopefully increase, strength in the foot muscles but to expect to need the support of my walking stick. 

Better invest in a new ferrule, the worn away clicking noise mine makes drives F crazy when we're out!
