Mr A and I walked down into Guildford today. First stop was a coffee in Gail’s (seriously underwhelming - why do people rave over it?) then across the street to Ben’s Collectors Records. Ben's
The place was literally heaving with customers of all ages from mid-teens to perhaps 70s. I managed to get a cheeky snap when several people moved out of the way.
We came away with eleven CDs (only two of which were for me), and plan to visit again soon, as Ben has a fast turnover of stock, so well worth another visit.
Walking past the “bread man” stall I picked up a wonderful Italian sourdough…it was delicious dipped in olive oil & balsamic vinegar at lunchtime. "Bread man"
