Incredibly painful back. Friday was a little irksome, Saturday was sore and Sunday was shout out loud painful. Monday is a haze of codiene.

Back from Doctors...

After all his prodding and manipulation worse than ever. Down to the chemist with three prescriptions. Super strong pain killers, super strong anti flams and a muscle relaxant. Yum yum. Popped into Tesco and the pain killers kicked in. I was just enjoying my shop when over the tannoy came "Drugged up loon in the Rice and Pasta aisle singing along to Sade's "Your Love is King"." Really, some people. Oh wait...

Anyway...turns out I ripped one or more muscles in my back - lattissimus dorsi inferior probably. Even more inferior now. "Probably caused by lifting a porky 12.5 kg dog in and out of the car." he said.
