A special Swedish Semla

Grandkid Ellen still wants to see her grandparents and she travelled by train from Norrköping to Stockholm.  We started at a Central Station Café with one semla each.  Eating Semla in February has been a tradition for as long as I can remember, but I've never seen a Semla like this before.
