Cheesecakes!

Made these for the wedding sample order I had!

They are Processco and strawberry cheesecakes, a shortbread base then Processco and strawberries into a cheesecake mix, topped with strawberry coulis!

These and the other samples were well received and enjoyed!

One more order to send out and then nothing for a week!
