As an (unwilling) connoisseur of train stations in Scotland, Pitlochry rail station has to rank highly as one of the nicest (although this looks a bit ghoulish from this angle). Always clean, nice floral displays, and a brilliant bookshop on the platform. And now that I'm sounding particularly sad it's time to stop
