Yellow, but not daffodils or crocuses

A very quick walk round the Heritage Park this morning ..... the only flowers I could see were on the common, very thorny, gorse bushes. 

The engineer arrived at 9am .... a very civilised time. He did what he had to do and was gone within half an hour.
