Farewell to the Frankenbike

The bike in the picture is composed of the mortal remains of not one but two separate ex-bicycles, as well as some cobbled-together new parts and a rather fancy shop-bought comfort saddle. It has been my loyal steed for several years after my ex and I created it one dark and stormy night, but at last the time has come to bid farewell to it and get one that's actually comfortable and, you know, *works* properly.

Yes, the handlebars are on backwards. It's the only way we could get them close enough to the saddle - the frame's actually a size too big for me to ride. And yes, that really is string holding up the rear mudguard.
