Sunday saw the sun and early spring combine to give a beautiful day, with warmer temperatures too.
The sounds of spring were apparent also, with the early breeding birds such as the robin and various tits, fill the air. with birdsong. 
On a more personal note, I made the heart wrecnhing decision to give up beekeeping and donate my substantial collection of hives and equipment to the local beekeepers Association. Due only to my weakened state. 
I only hope, to encourage a new generation of beeks.
