Dull day

Sunday - slow start as OH not feeling great.  I left him asleep while I showered and started my day - by clearing out a cupboard!  I don't seem to be able to throw away any useful yoghurt pots (and we eat a lot of yoghurt!).  They have been re-purposed for freezing soup and cleaning paint brushes (not at the same time) and I messaged No.2 to see if he wanted any?  

OH was a bit slow and I was a bit grumpy ( I would make a terrible nurse) and weather was a bit grey so we didn't do much.  I sat at my sewing machine making a gift for ex-colleague's new baby and wondered if he would think it was naff?  OH went to care home again as SIL was visiting so I enjoyed a few hours of peace before more silence!  He took himself off to the conservatory to sleep and nurse another headache.  Roast beef and a glass of wine and me moaning about not having a craft room so I could leave all my stuff out rather than keep putting it away.  I am hatching a plan to turn No.2's bedroom into a craft space (already 'the office') but I feel a bit bad getting rid of his bed, although he very rarely comes back to stay only living 40 minutes away?  Cue Pinterest boards for craft rooms...............!!
