Day 1 in Desenzano del Garda
We arrived in Italy, my husband, our youngest daughter and her boyfriend for a shot holiday. At the center of the city there were traditionally dressed and armed soldiers from Italy, France and Austria. We didn't understand anything, but the national songs they performed. Northern Italy has been under rule of the Romans, Langobardy, Venetian, Milonese and Austria, what else? Colorful history and so were the traditional military uniforms. He was a very important man today.

We visited the beautiful and hot Sirmione too, but he deserved to blipped.
