Winter aconite

I had a stroll around the garden with Rob and Bonnie this morning and had a delightful surprise ! I moved my tiny clump of winter aconite last year, as in the twenty or so years I have had it, it has failed to thrive. This looks much better and even has some nice new leaves coming. It was definitely worth trying. It was given to me by a friend and I should be sorry to lose it.
We had a great sunny walk in Brigsteer Woods and in places the sun felt warm. So encouraging!
