Five go to Hampton Pool

A great road trip to Hampton Pool (lido)
this morning. It’s a warm one to be sure. And the breakfast butties afterwards were part of the treat.

Back to do a supermarket shop and to get the house ready for MightyMouse and 16 school friends who came round tonight. We kept ourselves out of the way upstairs and they all seemed pretty chilled. There was a bit too much high shrieking and I worry more about the girls drinking - evidence of neat spirits in plastic bottles they squirrelled in in their bags. The boys mostly drank beer.

I just made sure there was plenty to eat so that they didn’t drink on empty stomachs.
