Sew, sew clever.

A better than average morning at the gym, which is saying something.  We had a visit from John, who had a cyst removed from the back of his knee about ten days ago. It was good to see him, and I think he enjoyed all the hugs & kisses he received, from the ladies, of course.
What a fitting tribute to Steve Wright this morning, and I thought, Lisa Tarbuck did a great job.
I left J at the sewing machine, shortening three pairs of his jeans, and one of mine. Mine are from M & S, and were supposed to be short, but obviously not short enough. He has done a grand job, as always.
