A storm's brewing...

so I'm staying inside for the rest of this cold, dark 'summer' (!) evening and making a lovely (I hope!), comforting fish pie. This is my first attempt, inspired by the delicious fish pie I had for lunch last Saturday in London's Borough Market.
We'll see how it goes... :-)
