Highlights

Had a really chilled day off. Took Mabel for a decent wander, then headed up to Lee Valley for a chilly swim and was delighted with the water temperature. 9.1 is comfortable and you can stay in longer but yet again, I was the only one swimming although a crowd of canoers jumped in for a laugh and promptly got out again.

Back home to jobs and some admin catching up, and a teeny weeny bit of work.
