Went to the two local Aldis to collect their food bank donations .Hadn’t been back long when J arrived for a second go at putting the trellis up. Unfortunately the brick was too hard snd despite new bits and several attempts we couldn’t get a deep enough hole. J was pushing with all his strength- you could see the drill bit bending slightly!
Pottered about at home and had some lunch, and then set off for Ravenshead via Home base for compost. We took Betsey ( see blip) for a walk and then had fish and chips before going to see the local G snd S group perform Pinafore- JR had a couple of friends who were in it snd was keen to go. I enjoyed it more than I expected!
