An all you can eat breakfast is a great way to start the day if you are travelling so Mrs S and I indulged before heading out from the hotel to enjoy an hour or two in Reading before heading home.
Top of the list was to find a phone charger and cable, much to Mrs S’s amazement Mr Gadget had travelled without one. I found what I needed and after looking in several stores for things we don’t really need we settled down for a pre train coffee and some phone charging.
The journey home was pretty uneventful until Plymouth where our train terminated and everyone continuing west then found themselves jockeying for seats on a three carriage train from Cardiff to Penzance already half full.
Paddy was really pleased to see us and as always no matter where you travel to or how good the trip it’s always good to get home.
