Blow me down, it's a pirate band!

Yesterday I went for a post birthday meal at the village pub - very tasty it was too!

Last night was the full dress rehearsal in front of a small invited audience which went well. I play in the band, we're dressed as pirates and sitting on the stage with the action in the body of the hall. Here are a few pirates tuning up.  There are nine of us altogether so there's quite a good sound (clarinet, flute, trumpet,bass, melodeon, two ukuleles, drums, percussion and me on piano).

The flags at the back spell "Making Waves", the name of the panto.  The flags in front of us spell Scurvy!
