Fri-YAY

My Dear Princess and Dear Fellow,

Caro and me worked today, but our late afternoon and evening was fun. 

We went out and got fish and chips and watched our favourite shows*
and had fun. 

We talked a little bit about those people who post things like, "Hey Team! It's Fri-YAY! Hope you have a good one!"

Or memes of nine cats with a comment, "Hey Team! Where are we on the CAT SCALE today?"

(I completely subverted this earlier in the week when someone posted the "Turtle Scale" and I pointed out that one of the turtles looked like he was giving us the finger).

These same people tend to post "Hump Day" memes, I noted. And Caro EXPLODED.

"I F*CKING HATE HUMP DAY!" she snarled. "WHOEVER INVENTED F*CKING HUMP DAY CAN SHOVE IT UP RIGHT UP THEIR F*CKING HUMP."

I was CRYING. My wife is so lemonny and sour sometimes. 

I find it charming.

* Oh all right, we watched "Married At First Sight Australia".**

** In tonight's episode a woman just said her husband was like, "a.... a... robot... from that thing with the Scarecrow... no, I mean... like the Tin Man from that old movie... you know... the one with the yellow... thing."

It's an intellectual show.
