Maintenance

Went to meet a friend in the local shopping centre, which is always a nice thing to do as there are many nice cafes etc to choose from. When the centre was in the planning stage they were going to have a ferris wheel as the feature here. Instead they have this moving water feature. It reminds me of the Kinetic sculpture in Picardy Place which seldom worked in its entirity but stood there nonetheless. This feature has the whole top part missing as it wasn't turning. Hopefully it will be back soon!
