Dem Bones

I recorded my Pilates class so I could try out the routine upstairs. 
The rest of the day was consumed with news that my oldest sister (82) has new injuries (spinal fractures), is hospitalized, and her family is trying to figure out the next steps. Boy does something like that start the texts flying back and forth among us sisters and brothers.
