Ouch

I couldn’t move when I woke up this morning. I was in so much pain that it took me about 20 mins to get out of bed! I ended up phoning NHS 24 and my GP surgery (it’s a muscle strain they think). A combination of painkillers and hot and cold packs made the pain bearable. Our visitors insisted upon leaving earlier than planned (sad to see them go) and I spent the rest of the day reading and catching up with programmes on my IPad. Mr P took good care of me.
