A Trip to Harrogate!

A trip to Harrogate by train today using tickets purchased in the Great Northern Rail sale for £1! :-)

It was lovely to be able to stroll through the Valley Gardens and out to RHS Harlow Carr for a look around the shop. The path gives you views across to the Howardian Hills which is a treat no matter how grey the skies.

It was warm enough to take a picnic to have in the park too...in February, not often the case!!

A opportunity to look round the shops before catching the train back home. I particularly loved looking the Lucy Pittaway shop/gallery. I really do adore her work. :-)
