Walked up to the Avenue to meet JS for coffee and a chat. Tried a new cafe - very good. When I got home I spent an hour in the garden, mainly raking the leaves from the lawn ready for the spring treatment tomorrow, but also did sime general tidying and was pleased to see the first of my spring bulbs in bud. Drove over to G and Cs after lunch- they had been to see the rheumatology physios in the morning . It was quite a good visit and G was pleased- C was okay but definitely more stressed than she was on Sunday when I saw them last. The improvement in her mental state then was really noticeable. We are all hoping this is due to the change in meds and she will carry on feeling better. Also called in to see Dad - he was on good form. Started to reorganise all my upholstery fabric following Saturday’s purchases when I got home- good job I have some spare shelf space!
