Omelette
Omelette and salad. Wine: Andrew Murray Enchanté 2022.
This isn't the prettiest omelette I've ever made, but it tasted good. I just got some new harvest Italian olive oil which made for a fantastic salad (I've neglected Italian oils in favor of French and Italian in recent years).
