Circus

Today we have been to three of the four corners of Edinburgh. And the middle. Epic journey!

A 9.30am hospital appointment and word of road closures due to a sinkhole (!) necessitated CyclopsJnr and MrsCyclops getting a bus at 8am although inevitability we were there by 9am and had to wait around. First on the list though, very efficient.

Then we went into town. CyclopsJnr has seen something in a shop at the weekend that he wanted to buy, and MrsCyclops was embarrassed by how short his joggers were so new joggers were needed.

Lunch followed, at McDonald's obviously. Then we got the tram along to the Gyle - exciting, we don't usually have cause to get a tram.

Bit of a mooch around the shops, and a rest in Starbucks.

Then the main event - the circus! We really enjoyed it and had such a good time. CyclopsJnr especially liked the acrobatics, motorbike stunts, and having permission to shout as much and as loudly as he liked.
