Mid-Flight Fight

I had set myself and my camera up to capture some close ups of the gold finches at our feeder. In the end, it proved to be quite the challenge as they saw me sprawled out on the ground (yes, I was) but I did end up getting a couple.
We have noticed before that even though there is plenty of feed and plenty of little feeding stations on the feeder, the males simply do not like to share. While set up in my position, I was able to catch one male chasing another away. I'm a little disapointed that the image wasn't centered but you can't get it perfect when you're dealing with wildlife - and flying wildlife at that!
