Walked down to the shops for a haircut. Pouring with rain. I needed a coffee before the ascent up the hill. The proprietor is a character and he wouldn’t let me getaway with that. ‘It’s Pancake Day’. So I had one, and it was delicious, and strangely was not on the specials board at home. Rained all day.
